TeamViewer is a screen-sharing and remote collaboration product made by [http://www.teamviewer.com TeamViewer GmbH]. TeamViewer can be used to provide online support to your endusers. It isn't included in the images by default, but there's an easy mechanism available to load the official binaries during boot time if needed:
1) retrieve the latest [http://download.teamviewer.com/download/teamviewer_i386.tar.xz TeamViewer] package for "other Linux" from its [httphttps://wwwdownload.teamviewer.com/en/download/linux/official teamviewer_i386.tar.xz download site]
2) put the package on any webserver in your environment, or [http://www.stratodesk.com/kb/Hosting_files_%28VA%29 use the Virtual Appliance to host the file]
