Download the latest firmware update file by visiting [https://support.ncomputing.com/portal/kb/articles/getting-started-with-rx-hdx/ RX-HDX Getting Started Guide] or [[Getting_Start_with_EX400_Thin_Client]|EX400 Getting Started Guide], and save the firmware update file (.lfi) on a USB memory stick.
Insert the USB memory stick to the device. When you click on "Firmware Update" menu above, it will list available firmware update files (see below example). Choose the corresponding firmware update file you wish to update to and click on "Update" only once to start the process. It may take several minutes to update. DO NOT unplug the USB memory stick during the firmware update process as it may result in firmware corruption. Please DO NOT power off the device during this time.
